Nutritional Planning
This service is perfect for you if you are beginning a training regimen or need to modify your regimen because you are not satisfied with your results. It includes consultation and physique assessment to determine your goals, and it can be done online or in person.
Nutritional planning is very helpful if you are looking to lose weight or learn about and adopt healthy eating habits. However, this service is not intended for bodybuilding or physique competitors.
One-on-One Training
One-on-one training with one of our expert trainers in our private training facility is perfect if you have very specific goals or have some health issues or injuries that need to be considered. Your training will be designed to meet your individual goals, needs, and requirements. If you have injuries, your trainer will take them into consideration and help you be your most fit self.
Private training sessions are available in 30-, 45-, and 60-minute sessions.
Small Group Training
Small group training combines resistance and strength training – free weights and machines – with functional training, using equipment such as TRX, battle ropes, kettle bells, resistance bands, and plyometric boxes. Fit & Psyched has indoor turf so we can also do explosive cardio moves!
Group training is great for people who want a group or quasi social way to get in their workouts. It also provides, for those who seek it, an opportunity for friendly competition.
