This Saturday, March 10, 2018, The Palm Beach County Convention Center will host bodybuilders, figure, bikini and physique competitors from around the country. Frank Dalto of Mother Nature’s Pantry, located at 4513 PGA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is once again the promoter of this great event. An event that is certainly special due to the incredible athletes in the wheelchair category. Wheelchair Nationals to be exact, the best of the best. No excuses personified.
Located less than 5 minutes away from the event, Fit and Psyched, Palm Beach’s finest personal training studio will be in attendance cheering all the competitors on. As trainers, we have transitioned out of the bodybuilding circle and now focus on non-competitors who want to lose weight, gain muscle, be healthier or simply want to get into the best shape of their lives. However, I’d like to acknowledge a few of our competitors from the past that graced the stage at this prestigious event. These guys laid the foundation for Fit and Psyched, the standards of excellence and paved the way for where we have grown to today.
