How can I alkalize my body? This is a question we’re getting more and more of at our personal training studio located in West Palm Beach. Today I’m going to list a few ways we can go about doing this.

One factor that we find extremely important in a healthy lifestyle, is drinking plenty of water. Optimally our bodies will be the most efficient with a pH level between 7.30-7.45. Drinking a quality alkaline water is a great way to help us attain those levels, easily and effectively. Here are some common bottled waters and their tested pH levels. Start your day off right! They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but let’s take things one step further.  How can we really give our body the alkaline boost it needs?  As a personal trainer in West Palm Beach, Florida I like to practice what I preach, so here’s how I start my day. First I pour 8 0z of Essentia water into a shaker. Then I add 1 teaspoon of Bob’s Red Mill pure baking soda and 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Green Superfood. Shake and drink!
