We offer 1 on 1 or small group training all by appointment only. We are open from 6:00am- 1:00pm and 4:00pm- 8:00pm Monday through Friday and 6:00am-12:00pm on the weekends. We specialize in weight loss, toning up, building muscle and overall well being in an unintimidating, positive environment that we have become known for! We are NOT a gym that is open to members, we are 100% dedicated to private training with clients that appreciate everything a personal training studio should deliver. Cleanliness, experienced, private, comfortable and a fun setting that achieves maximum results to those that give maximum effort!
