Meet the trainers
Charli Tooch
NASM and CFSC (Certified Functional Strength Coach) Certified Personal Trainer
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with more than 10 years of experience and an Associate Degree in Sports Medicine. My passion for fitness began through football and strength and conditioning training, eventually leading me to a career helping individuals of all ages and abilities improve their health through personalized exercise programs.
- Over 5 years personal training experience
- Teaches kickboxing and bootcamps in addition to traditional personal training and group fitness
- Charli has trained competitive athletes, including college quarterback, Shannon Patrick, who was a starting quarterback for Bethune Cookman University in 2021-22, as well as other athletes of different levels (high school, middle school, and younger).
Successful training begins by meeting people where they are
Much of my experience has been gained at Fit & Psyched, where I’ve worked with clients living with Multiple Sclerosis, cerebral palsy, and those recovering from strokes. Helping these individuals improve their strength, mobility, balance, confidence, and overall quality of life has reinforced my belief that successful training begins by meeting people where they are and building from there.
I specialize in:
- Strength training
- Functional fitness
- Mobility
- Working with special populations …
… while creating individualized programs that reflect each client’s goals, abilities, and lifestyle. In addition, I’ve followed a vegan lifestyle for more than six years and enjoy helping clients explore nutritional approaches that support their health and performance.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a medical condition, or simply looking to become stronger and healthier, my goal is to provide the education, encouragement, and accountability needed to create lasting success.
10 out of 10 would highly recommend."
